As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours (Please note this does not apply to personalised items).

SHIPPING TIME
Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping services, which are DPD Hermes, and Royal Mail. DPD is one of the most reliable shipping companies and aims to deliver all UK & European orders between 3-5 working days. For orders outside Europe or the EU-Zone please allow 6-10 working days.
*PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail is currently experiencing service delays across the country so there may be a longer delay between dispatch and delivery, more information can be found via this link - Royal Mail Service Update.
Within UK & Europe no extra customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees will be applied upon delivery. You only pay for the jewellery, and we take care of the rest. If you ever run into any issues pertaining extra fees, please send an email to info@tazeentoadorn.com and we will immediately sort it out for you.
For International orders outside the UK and Europe Zone any applicable fees may be applied upon delivery. This is dependent on the country of residence which we have no control over. Currently, we only deliver to Europe, United States and Canada. But we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.
RETURNS
Customised Products
NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES on personalised products.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns/exchanges on Personalised products as these have been personalised specially for you to your requirements and cannot be sold again.
Non Customised Products
All made to order products (pre order) are subject to NO RETURNS/ EXCHANGES as they are ordered specially for you only. These are not available in store and only arranged to be made for an order, once an order has been placed.
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
Also, please note, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange should the reasoning be outside any means of sense.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
The images of the products on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or app are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colour accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor/ screen's can accurately display the colour of the products. The images you see may vary slightly in colour from the actual images. The packaging of the products may also vary from that which is shown on the images on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or app.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or have a delay in performing any of our obligations, if they are caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
